Opportunity to convert to permanent full time after completion of 6 months.
- Energetic, "get-it-done" self-starter who would relish the opportunity to develop new processes, tools, reports and measurement best practices for our key customers.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, campaign planning and execution (EDM, Mobile, Online, Social)
- You are an "insight hound", meaning you consistently seek key patterns and conclusions from data to tell a compelling story and lead to actionable outcomes
- You are a proactive customer-centric strategic thinker
- You must have a good background and genuine interest in all things digital - Campaign Management (SMS, email, Social), Web and e-Commerce technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside an Account Manager / Director to establish strong, long-term client relationships and maintain day to day contact with client
- Act as a point of contact to clients for digital management matters and address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
Collaborate with developers and creative teams regarding project specifications and quality assurance for all development.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Suggest digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Analyze digital campaigns success
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Desired Skills & Experience
- Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Business or related field
- Knowledge in basic HTML, JS, JQuery
- Good analytical skills
- Must be pro-active and an excellent communicator both verbal and written and maintain an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Experience in client relationship development and service, be it during intership or working in the industry.
- Experience in an interactive marketing or other digital, social, campaign experience and solid understanding of digital marketing
- Have a good idea and understanding of digital tools and how they add value to company strategy and performance.
- Experience in working with reports and data to drive insights
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in managing teams working cross-functionally within an organization
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
