We are expanding our clientele base and is in need of accounts assistant to visit client office to compile documents and take photos for our backend office’s account closing
The accounts assistant will visit client office to compile documents and take photo for our back end office to prepare accounts closing.
Timing is usually during month end closing period or once every week.
For a start, we need freelance accounts assistant to visit a client in Telok Ayer once a month, during 1st or latest 2nd week, approximately 5 to 6 hours to compile the accounting documents. We are paying $15 per hour.
As we onboard more clientele, we will need more accounts assistant around Singapore. You may signal your interest to sign up and we will keep you in mind.
Applicants are customer facing and should converse well with small business owners.
