Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing and Community Executive (Internship) to support our community chats, social media channels, and content writing efforts. You will help grow and engage our user base by creating meaningful conversations, valuable content, and a supportive environment for parents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate CradleNest’s community chats and parenting forums.
• Draft and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Assist in writing articles for CradleNest’s blog (parenting tips, milestone guides, product spotlights).
• Engage with users actively — respond to comments, messages, and forum discussions.
• Support basic graphic design needs (e.g., Canva visuals).• Monitor community sentiment and recommend ideas to boost engagement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Strong written communication skills (casual and empathetic tone).
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends.• Comfortable using Canva or basic design tools.
• Passionate about community building and digital storytelling.
