Crafty Whizz Studio – Art and Crafts Instructors

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Kids Party and Craft Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a flair for arts and crafts, and excellent organizational skills. You will assist in organizing and facilitating kids' parties and craft workshops, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all participants. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of kids' parties and craft workshops.
• Prepare and set up materials and supplies for craft activities.
• Guide and support children during craft projects, ensuring safety and fun.
• Facilitate party games and activities, keeping the energy lively and engaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new and exciting craft ideas and party themes.
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and children, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to party bookings and workshop registrations.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children and a love for arts and crafts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fun and engaging craft ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
• Prior experience in a similar role or working with children is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of sewing and crafting techniques is an advantage.
