【Job Description】

1) Understand and ensure that outlets adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.

2) Responsible in ensuring that food is prepared in high quality, neatly, timely and following the formula

3) Involve in the preparation of food

4) Attend to customer’s queries and complains when required

5) Clean, maintain and tidy customer service area and equipment to project a clean and neat outlet.

6) To ensure proper stock ordering, keeping and handling.

7) Meet and exceed sales monthly sales target

8) Provide guidance and training to new outlet crews.

9) Create a friendly, supportive, fun and professional working environment for the outlet

10) To ensure that the outlet is consistently providing high-quality products and services to customers.

11) Assist in scheduling of outlet’s manpower planning.

12) Ensure proper handling of daily sales, petty cash, change and float

13) Ensure proper uniforms, punctuality and grooming are according to the company’s policies and standards.
