This is for an upcoming press launch. The nature of work is mainly admin, plenty of emails, few calendars, and coordination. Looking for an efficient resource. Someone good with English and knows their way around Word and Excel and Calendar and Zoom etc
Need 3-4 weeks commitment

Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend zoom calls and other online calendar meetings
- Manage the daily/weekly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
- Efficiently coordinate with client and media houses
- Update media lists and databases
Must-haves
- English proficiency, as you'll be writing to and coordinating with various journalists and media houses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficiency at using Word, Excel, Emails, Zoom, Calendar
- Passion for the PR industry and its best practices
- Time management skills
- Attention to details
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Good to have
- Applicable knowledge of copywriting and editing
- Any kind of experience in public media or press launches
