Crimson (S) Pte Ltd – Operations Assistant

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our organisation. In this position, you will be working in a team of two, and will be playing an integral part by supporting the Operations Manager. Good computer and administrative skills are a must, good ability in excel skill is highly favoured. You should be highly organised and detail-oriented.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To dispatch job orders to drivers according to their mode of communication, based on operation controller’s schedule
• To liaise with customers with regards to service requests
• Attend or redirect incoming email queries accordingly and ensure follow up has been completed
• To schedule Swab Test schedules for drivers and inform drivers accordingly
• To handle vehicle insurance quotations, inspections and carpark related matters for road tax renewals
• Be in-charge of drivers’ orders, ensuring and tracking the completion and endorsement of the delivery orders
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

• Skilled at multi-tasking
• Basic MS office knowledge
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Able to work in a team and independently when required
• Possesses a strong drive to learn and acquire new skills
