Job Description
We are seeking for an Ad Operations who will be responsible for setting up and managing advertising campaign setups to ensure streamlined execution of our advertiser and publisher ad delivery. The ideal candidate is very organized and takes pride in a job well done. This person will leverage and maintain checklists to ensure that nothing is forgotten and will strive for zero errors, while working very closely with and will get requests cascaded from the client facing teams (Technical Solutions, Creative Services and Account Strategy) who transform business needs into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for processing a variety of operational tasks such as:

  • Processing Insertion Orders (IOs).
Create advertiser accounts in Criteo's backend. Manage advertiser budget and bid setup. Manage user segmentation setup in advertiser campaigns. Pause/Unpause advertiser campaigns. Activate engine optimizations. Setup banner content filters and blacklists. Create and manage advertiser ad banner setups. Manage third party tracking, brand safety, view-ability, fraud detection tags. Manage Facebook ad text copies. Create and manage publisher ad campaign setups. Conduct quality assurance testing post modifications. Low level troubleshooting leveraging daily reports.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to work independently, initiate their own projects as needed to streamline their workload, understand the business process and work in a team environment. Fluent in English. Experience with issue tracking (eg. JIRA) is a serious plus. Experience in reviewing and debugging code in the following software languages: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, XML is a plus but not mandatory.
