Crocs Singapore Pte Ltd – Visual Merchandiser Intern (Graphic Design Base)

• Design and assist in executing variety of promotion activities identified and resize assets as key priorities for the year requested by Brand and Visual Merchandising team
• Assisting the Regional Visual Merchandising with various tasks as assigned and deliver them accordingly
• Work closely with the Regional Visual Merchandising and Marketing team to ensure design is in line with the overall VM directive and marketing strategy while working within a graphical standards guide; ensuring creatives are on-brand and proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Great Communication and work efficiently and effectively with suppliers, printers and promotion partners
• Liaise with third party supplier/installer to ensure delivery efficiency, quality of work and accuracy of final artwork
• Video content creation or edit to support Visual Merchandising & marketing team
• Liaise with principal to collect artwork materials
• Design and execute in mall advertising as requested
• Design and assist executing requests from the operation & HR team (i.e. CRM card, Shop Card, stamp card, vouchers etc)
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess minimum a diploma or degree in graphic design or visual communication with relevant working experience in retail/high fashion industry 
• Proficient in Mac Adobe Design Suite: Adobe CS Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and microsoft office applications
• Candidates with experience and/or knowledge in website design, UI/UX and/or photography, 3 Dimensional design will have an added advantage
• Able to work independently and as a team, multi-task, work fast and meet tight deadlines
• Highly self-motivated, creative and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Must be creative and possess an eye for detail
