Job Description

To maintain the highest standards of daily operations, create a positive, energetic, and happy environment, and ensure good staff morale at all times.

Primary responsibilities

  • To represent the bar in the highest possible standard.
  • To assist in driving revenue by optimizing the best use of all available space within the outlet. 
  • To ensure the best level of service and attentiveness is consistently accorded to every guest and uphold the Cellarbration promise.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of menu items and processes, basic ingredients, and bar procedures to assist the bar operations as required.

Job Function

  • To interact with guests, maintain and build goodwill and customer relations.
  • To attend to telephone calls, inquiries and reservations as and when required.
  • To attend the daily briefing in order to be aware of menus, special events, promotions, and daily specials.
  • To ensure full understanding of the operation of the bar, correct procedures of service, and awareness of daily activities and events within the organization.
  • To take on any other tasks/responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by Manager & Assistant Manager
