Job Description
  • Direct customer service interface ensuring high service and support standards to achieve clients expectation
  • Handles general reception and administrative duties
  • Provides customer service support to in-house tenants and attends to client service request, feedback and complaints
  • Assist in the daily operation of the Business Centre
  • Assist in procurement, inventory control, simple invoicing and month end records and reports closing 
  • Assist in simple IT and office setup work
