Today, the brand has more than 1,600 stores across the globe, including the United States, China, Vietnam and now, an outlet in Singapore, as well. We also hear that Tous Les Jous plans to launch more outlets on our shores in the future.

 Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Shaping, do icing, toppings, fillings for bread.
  • Monitor baking processes to ensure optimal texture, color, and taste of the baked goods.
  • Kneading, cutting, shaping of the doughs.
  • Basic cake decoration including preparation of icing and toppings.
  • Washing and cleaning of utensils/ equipment (e.g., ovens).
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area.
  • Collaborate with other bakers/ kitchen staffs to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely production.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of baking experience in bakery profession
  • Knowledge of bread-making techniques and principles, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to produce the baked items consistently
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hot and humid, and fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work as early as 7am, during weekends, public holidays and overtime hours when required.
  • Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
