We are looking for the next season's intern who can do our creative work (social media content) and at the same time train this individual to a divemaster level. Create a healthy lifestyle while learning how to handle boat lines, be a deckhand, train to be a diving guide!
We are looking for a responsible committed individual who loves the sea. You must be a fun loving individual and is serious about safety.

• Not afraid of hardships, the willingness to learn and embrace all parts of the job - we have the glam and glory of the job, but let’s not forget the cleaning of the boat, moving of tanks - strength is required, charging tanks

Required DNA:
You are a visual communicator and love telling stories. You enjoy presenting information that triggers emotions in people and is able to use various multi-media and simple design tools such as canva, illustration, photography, and videography to get your message across. You are a team player and you're passionate about creative work.
About the Internship Programme:
• Need to be able to swim and tread water (be water confident)
• You will be trained to be a Divemaster - Full sponsorship of your courses from Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver to Divemaster (The full programme costs approximately SGD 12000 including the gears you will be provided with and dives) *hence you need 6 months training to complete these courses and be proficient level as a dive guide*
• You will be working 5 days a week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)• Working hours on weekdays is more flexible as you will be working from the boat when we are not sailing (Marina at Keppel Bay), weekend will be on trip (7.30am - 6pm)
• You will be paid $500 training allowance during the 6 months internship period
• You will be trained to be a deckhand on the boat - handle lines, clean boat, assist the captain
• You will be learning how to run a scuba diving business - all aspects of it
• All crew are covered with insurance, medical benefits, annual leave, time off (if you were required to work overtime or on a public holiday, we provide time off in lieu)
• Content creation: Create engaging, creative, and innovative content such as photos, videos, GIFs, etc. for posting on social media and other digital platforms
• Keep up to date with any social media and digital trends
Requirements:
• Creative with a strong sense of aesthetics
• Ability to use Canva, Capcut
• Possess good command of English - you will be required to write blogs
• Interest and passion for all things social media, writing
• Strong team player who is responsible, able to work independently, and meet deadlines
