The incumbent will be part of the pioneer headquarter team in a highly visible and exciting role.

Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Management:
- Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- General Ledger reconciliation.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Assist in processing invoices and payments.
- Help manage accounts receivable and collections.
3. Audit Support:
- Support external audit processes.
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and documentation.
4. Financial Software:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining financial systems.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports and variance analysis.
6. Ad Hoc Projects:
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by finance manager.
- Provide support for financial initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
