Curio Cat Pte Ltd – Cafe / Bar Manager

Curio Cat is a café (day time) / spirits bar (night time) in Somerset area. The bar will specialise in craft and unique spirits (such as independent bottling of whiskies / rums / cognacs.

This role is a day role (10am - 5pm)

Cafe / Bar Manager (5 Day Week)

1. Oversee all operational aspects in the day-to-day management of the café including event planning, maintaining and updating customer list and reservation.

2. Manage the inventory of stocks of the café.

3. Able to prepare food and plate desserts; and make and serve coffee, tea and chocolate beverages

4. Handle guests’ feedback on service standards, build/maintain rapport, explore and expand networking to establish strong customer base. Able to deliver and curate exciting and interesting tasting flights, events and experiences

5. Implement and conduct relevant staff training on food and beverage offering, bar operational procedures and quality service standards.

6. Ensure compliance to safety and hygiene procedures and policies, as well as maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of premise.

7. Undertakes any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
