Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the business partnering team with day to day functions including onboarding, offboarding, etc
- Undertake projects such as policy and process documentation, talent retention, process improvement and automation, employer branding, HR analytics
- Be involved in HR engagement and DE&I activities
Requirements
- Degree/Poly undergraduate in Business Studies or related disciplines with preferably specialization in Human Resources
- Self-driven, resourceful, meticulous and creative
- Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, video creation and editing
- Willing to commit at least 3 to 6-month
- Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
