Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drafting project management plans, gather necessary resources to ensure the overall progression of works and follow up on meetings with respective parties to ensure schedule of works is delivered to achieve expectation
  • Plan and coordinate lift projects with building contractors, sub-contractors and project team members to ensure project stay within budget and are completed on time.
  • Attend site meetings and site inspections with clients for smooth handing over.
  • Expected to perform both Lift and Escalator trending and analysis.
  • Able to troubleshoot, investigate and analyse faults, thereby establishing the root cause as well as put in recommendation for improvement.
  • Ensure toolbox brief is carried out to constantly create Safety awareness for the staff under his charge.
  • Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
  • Takes care of the staff hygiene issues and ensure proper training is given to his staff to perform their work.
  • Perform regular ground engagement with his staff and solicit feedback for both Safety and work process improvement.
  • Responsible and accountable for his staff training and development.
  • Perform any related duties as required or assigned by his superiors.
