We are looking for passionate digital marketer interns / temporary project collaborators to help our company grow by expanding its clientele. As the name suggests, the digital marketer internship abroad is focused on the digital branch of marketing. The Internet and social media have evolved into strategic marketing channels, contributing significantly to the growth of this profession. Even though the position is specialized in digital, it is still highly versatile. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to understand our products or services through direct message or cold calling in a fast-paced environment. A business internship is always recommended after your studies, so you can turn to practice what you have learned.

Working scope includes:

• Send direct messages or cold call to people using given scripts to promote our products or services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
• Recommends products or services based on their needs
