What You'll Be Doing

• Support day-to-day operation tasks and ensure all works are delivered efficiently and all issues are handled in a proper and timely manner including human resources and admin where required
• Identify processes gap, recommend solutions and drive improvement
• Work closely with business development team to provide post-sales support such as preparing contracts and raising invoice requests
• Ensure all deliverables and change request are executed timely and accurately
• Other activities as assigned by management
