- Gain a strong understanding of the Cycling Bears product offering.
- Assist to host prospective clients in the showroom.
- Help drive traffic to our website (www.cyclingbears.com) by helping with the SEO, SEM, website design, planning, scheduling, and executing digital campaigns in accordance with the company strategy.
- Research, generate and update website content/ products/ images/ promotions and ensure the website is kept up to date at all times.
- Assist to write relevant and create blogs which are SEO optimised.
- Create content and write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
- Social Media includes Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Content includes Posts, Reels, Videos, Stories
- Respond to customer enquiries on email, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and produce insights to improve future initiatives
- Daily engagement on social media with partners, potential clients to increase followers and engagement.
- Identify social media KOLs, companies, businesses to partner with
- Manage ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned.
