Cycling Bears – Operating Office Intern

Role Description

• Review quotations provided by Sales & Marketing team for accuracy and compliance with discount grids.
• Monitor orders from online channels and Sales & Marketing team, and submit orders to suppliers.
• Monitor and work with logistics providers to ensure the smooth delivery of fitness equipment to end clients.
• Process and handle finance transactions and functions, including payroll, claims, receivables, payables, receipts and payments reconciliation.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up with customers for timely payment.
• Collaborate and communicate cross functionally for process improvement and operational support.
• Assist in problem solving and recommend improvements on the process flows and controls.
• Manage and monitor monthly account closings.
• Take on ad hoc, additional tasks and projects when assigned

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in accounting
• Diploma or Degree in Finance or an equivalent professional accountancy qualification
• Experience with GST reporting and XERO software preferred

Although this is an internship, we would be very keen to offer a full-time role to the successful applicant at the end of the internship.
