Cynapse Pte Ltd – ML Intern (GenAI)

As part of your role you will: 

• Work with open source multimodal models, LLMs or Vision LLMs. 
• Accurately label images and videos according to provided guidelines and criteria to create large multimodal datasets for finetuning, which may include usage of existing models as well as manual drawing of bounding boxes around objects of interest.
• Finetune and test vision language models. Optimize them for deployment.
• Work with our AI engineers to define business challenges that require the use of various multimodal models and Vision LLMs.

Qualifications: 

• Completed at least 1 year of studies as part of a Diploma / Bachelor / Master in one of the following subjects: IT / Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems / Statistics / Mathematics.
• At least 3 months experience in Python programming.
• Completed at least 1 university / online hands-on course in machine learning, computer vision, or NLP. 
• Experience with one or more ML tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc. 
• Bonus: Experience with computer vision (OpenCV, object detection, classification, segmentation), NLP, multimodal models, LLMs, Vision LLMs or stable diffusion.
