We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Application Development team. You will conform to high standards and work in a cutting-edge, dynamic, and professionally challenging environment.
Successful interns will be offered a full-time permanent position at Cynapse at the end of the internship period
Objectives:
As part of your role, you will:
Design Web Applications: create user interfaces for web applications, focusing on usability and visual appeal.Learn and Utilize Figma: Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and learn best practices in design systems and component libraries.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers and out product manager to bring designs to life, learning how to translate design concepts into functional products.User Research and Testing: Participate in user research and testing sessions to gather feedback and improve the user experience.Receive Mentorship and Feedback: Engage in regular feedback sessions with your mentor, learning how to refine your design skills and approach.
Qualifications:Completed at least 1 year of studies as part of a Diploma/Bachelor/Master in DesignAt least 3 months of practical experience in UI/UX DesignAnalytical Thinking
Duration- Available for at least a 6 months internship. Able to work at least 4 days a week and preferably full-time. we are flexible with start and end dates and allow flexibility to accommodate exams. leave etc.
Due to the nature of the role, the position is considered for candidates that are only based in Singapore or have experience studying/working in Singapore
