Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Marketing & Admin Intern to join our fully remote team at CynPin. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to both our clients' marketing initiatives and our internal marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is agile, takes initiative, and is comfortable working with generative AI tools. You will be working closely with the CEO, Cynthia, an internationally recognised public speaking and marketing expert, learning from her extensive experience in crafting thoughtful and impactful messages.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in influencer marketing campaigns: Reach out to influencers, coordinate collaborations, and work with them to generate engaging content.
Support content creation: Use generative AI tools to develop marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional content.
Represent the company: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and positive communication with clients and partners.
Administrative tasks: Manage scheduling, maintain records, and support various administrative functions as needed.
Take initiative: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance our marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Strong interest in marketing and social media.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus.
Responsible and detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the role.
