Responsibilities:
- Make outbound contact with prospects to identify sales opportunities and make marketing pitch.
- Act as the point of contact for prospects and perform onboarding process.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently and work towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide timely and efficient support to customer in account servicing.
Experience:
- Training and one-on-one OJT coaching will be provided.
- Knowledge in Forex Exchange will be an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Chinese speaking customers).
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively, which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Competent IT skills with Microsoft knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Customer servicing including account review and relationship building.
- Managing and onboarding prospect and engaging in sales.
