Due diligence checks are to be conducted on all customers regardless of a corporate entity or an individual person. Your role here is to assist the Customer Relationship Manager in going through the profile of customers in ensuring the data are up to date and consistent to that of what was declared.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform checks on customer profile information (non-exhaustive).
- Study customer behavior through historical data.
- Performs data entry of customer update into business system.
- Sends request and work with relevant sales staff to complete update of customer profile.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the different set-up of company in Singapore (Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Private Limited and Limited)
- Understand the requirements of MAS Notice 3001
- Understand the requirement and process flow of a new account onboarding and review of existing accounts
