As a Human Resource Management Intern at CYS Global Remit, you will have the opportunity to participate in the full spectrum of HR functions, such as recruitment efforts and personnel administration through mentoring. Additionally, you will also get to partake and learn about HR initiatives, programs and projects.
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates for interviews and assist in the recruitment process
- Provide administration and HR support to fellow colleagues
- Learn how to manage leave records
- Ensure and enforce colleagues’ adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Organise and participate in company events
- Liaise with external service providers
- Design programs to reduce turnover, boost morale, and employee loyalty
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Effective Communication, Confidential & Sensitive, Positive Attitude.
- Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
