Daily Poll by Circles.Life – Marketing and Growth Associate

We are looking for a Marketing and Growth Associate to join our team and help us grow Daily Poll in Singapore and beyond. You’ll be one of our core team members. This is a full-time 6-month contract position in a dynamic start-up environment and you'll work directly with the entrepreneur-in-residence. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead growth experiments and marketing initiatives to gain brand awareness and acquisition of customers (across social media marketing, paid digital marketing, inbound and outbound marketing)
• Strategic implementation of user journeys to attract, acquire, serve, and retain customers (including push notifications, emails to prospects and existing users, and in-app notifications). Analyze results 
• Lead pitching to clients for marketing and customer insights solutions
• Track and evaluate important metrics that affect our growth initiatives, app usage, and target customers 
• Manage and work with outsourced marketing and design vendors/freelancers for campaigns, and day-to-day business needs
• Design poll questionnaires and lead analysis of data for clients

• Passionate about working in a fast-paced startup environment, willing to embrace risk-taking and is adaptable to change
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of market research industry/community insights is a plus
• Minimally graduated with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
