At our location in Singapore - Daimler Commercial Vehicles South East Asia Pte. Ltd. (DCVSEA) is the Regional Center for Daimler commercial vehicle business in South East Asia and Southern Asia. Our team of over 70 colleagues is responsible for developing the truck & bus business for the brands Mercedes-Benz, FUSO and BharatBenz in more than 20 markets across South East Asia and beyond. We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Human Resources Intern, where you will be exposed to various HR management topics such as recruitment, training & development and many other ongoing projects.
Challenges that await you are:
- Support the team in rolling out strategic HR initiatives and projects
- Responsible for the end-to-end internship management process
- Assist in various recruitment activities and participate in employment branding and partnership activities
- Source relevant training programmes for the employees and manage the training administrative matters
- Involve in HR Compliance-related activities including the preparation of monthly reports
- Manage employee engagement and Health & wellness initiatives
- Create HR Communication & publicity materials for the employees
- Prepare Management presentations and materials
- Assist with any other HR administrative matter and any other reasonable assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Human Resources (or related degrees)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong team player with high ethical standards
- Ability to multi-task and deliver on time
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive learning attitudes with strong proactiveness
We are looking for students who can commit to:
- At least 3 – 6 months internship duration
- Full-time &/or Part-time internship
- Immediate Start Date / Starting from January 2024
