We are looking for a motivated customer success intern who can assist in bringing value for customers and potential customers of an IT digital product developed based on blockchain technology. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team, gaining exposure to emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Represent the “voice of the customer” by ensuring customer feedback is communicated across the team, tracked and addressed
- Monitor satisfaction levels and engagement of customers through a constant feedback cycle
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team covering Product, Tech, Design, Business, and Marketing -- by participating in different areas like usability testing, design review, data analysis, industry research, etc
- Constantly iterate on the existing processes, and contribute new ones for the growth of the product
- Participate in calls and sharing sessions with customers and potential customers across different regions and industries
- Track and monitor progress of potential customers through sales funnel planning
- Ensure system accuracy through regular upkeep of notes and information in the CRM tool
- Create and manage user guides, ensuring an up-to-date documentation aligned with the latest product releases
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Have strong administrative and organizational tasks to assist with the operational aspects
