Job Description

This position will be supporting the Customer Services Marketing function. The intern will work closely with the Marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate events, monitored all marketing activities, research and reporting activities. 

Description

  • Provide support to customer services marketing team
  • Assist in project management (Mercedes me Adapter and Mercedes me Connect)
  • Research and evaluate competitors’ marketing/digital content and analyses market trend
  • Devise and explore eCommerce for After Sales services and products
  • Research and plan sustainability initiatives for customer services
  •  Prepare presentations and other marketing materials
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Assist with administrative duties
  • Ad-hoc assignment

 

Qualification

  • Preferred bachelor degree in marketing or business related
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication, planning skills and team player
  • Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance
  • Strong research, analytical and organizational skills
  • Meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
