- Support in setting up e-commerce site
- Creating effective and creative written and visual content for e-commerce site
- Optimizing the website to improve search engine rankings
- Perform analysis of sales and marketing data
- Update and maintain customer database system
- Enhance and implement customer loyalty programme
- Plan and implement partnerships and collaborations
