Job Description

The Opportunity

Danone Asia is looking for young graduates and early career professionals to join its management trainee program. The objectives of the management trainee program are to:

  • Develop people who are committed to continuous growth by providing breadth and depth of job experiences
  • Set up effective support network to give career visibility & guidance to young professionals
  • Establish MTs’ foundation for strong performance and growth with solid induction & training plans


The human resources track of the program will offer:

  • Opportunities for cross-functional rotations & participation in social business projects
  • Understanding dynamic business environments within Asia Pacific markets
  • Diverse exposure to local and regional HR challenges, with a high degree of interaction and cooperation with local colleagues and international counterparts
  • Business partnering with various stakeholders across multiple functional areas, developing competencies in core HR areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, learning & development, talent management, and organizational development.


Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities and team spirit
  • Strong interest in the people aspect of business
  • Self-starter with strong influential skills and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Willing to move out of Singapore during or after the 2 years of the Program
  • Less than 2 years of work experience
