Job Description
You will be reporting to 6 Agency Leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for Internal Events/Projects/Recruitment
- Liaise with internal stakeholders/vendors for event space
- Track multiple activities of Junior Financial Consultant
- Monthly calendar planning
- Design EDMs for events
- Doing weekly meeting slides
- Ensuring figures in the database is accurate
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required
- Remuneration will be commensurate with experience
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least 'A' Level Certificate/Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (In order to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders)
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- No work experience required but would be an added advantage.
- Required Skill(s): Time Management, Communication Skills
- Singaporean
