We are a startup with a small team building and operating a B2B SaaS (software) product that servers large web companies. The product is still being built and can provide more information during interview for selected candidates.
The person would be responsible to learn how our software works.
You would operate our own software for clients and also help/educate them on how to use it.
This is a great opportunity if you want to learn more about IT / web technologies.
There is no need to be highly IT proficient to start with as we will provide an onboarding/training to our product.
Even if our customers are around the globe, we are looking for a native Japanese speaker who is also fluent in English.
Why? We have a growing Japanese enterprise customer base and cultural aspect is key.
As a small team, we would like the candidate to be able to communicate properly in English and native Japanese.
Previous working experience with a Japanese company will be a big plus.
Key skills:
- Great/friendly while professional communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different working cultures (it's not the same to work with Australian partner than Japanese partners).
