DBS UNI.CORN interns will be trained and mentored to work on specific Innovation projects for various DBS Businesses – to think out of the box, identify opportunities in the customer’s journey, ideate and deliver innovative ideas/products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Customer journey immersion and research to gather customer insights
- Identify pain points from insights, define problem statement
- Plan and execute experiments to validate and redefine solutions
- Build prototype with actual feedback and customer engagement
- Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver business case with market sizing, business & marketing proposal, customer journey, cost estimates with project execution timeline
Interns will form groups and work like a startup to identify customer problems, develop solutions and test via prototyping and experimentation to deliver actual results as proof of concept.
