Responsibilities:
Assist in HR Operational and Admin tasks, e.g. preparing HR related documents, scheduling meetings, and responding to employee enquiries
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee surveys, and policy updates
Support employee engagement initiatives
Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Help coordinate and administer programs for employees, including attendance management and evaluating program effectiveness
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. University students from other disciplines will be considered also.
A passion for HR.
A creative thinker, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
