Job Description

MADMAN (/MADWOMAN) WANTED!

Keen to work at one of the top advertising agencies in the industry?

Here's your chance!
We are looking for a young and dynamic individual, with the burning passion and drive to support our client servicing team.

Our ideal candidate is someone who walks into a room of strangers and only leaves after making new friends. Someone who is self-motivated, obsessed with details, and has superb time management skills. We expect you to be an independent hard worker with a great deal of EQ. A background in marketing communications or advertising will be an advantage.

You won’t be making us tea or coffee, but:
• Briefing the media, creative and research staff on the clients’ business problems and needs, clearly and concisely
• Working with teams to devise advertising campaigns that meet the clients' briefs and budgets
• Acting as the link between client and agency, maintaining strong rapport and regular contact between both parties, and ensuring that communication flows effectively
• Assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies
• Coordinating and managing campaigns to ensure their timely completion
• Presenting creative works to clients for approval or modification
• Writing client reports
• Undertaking administrative tasks
• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns

"All these hard work, for what?", you ask. Well, you’ll...
• Get to work with some of the most talented people in the industry
• Gain fresh and exciting experiences that peers in other industries can only dream about (e.g. attending TVC and photo shoots, launching nationwide campaign)
• Have all the coffee you can drink, and snacks to munch on all day long – all for FREE!
• See your friends’ awed faces when you were once a madman

We’re looking for the right person to join our team. And if you can prove to us that you’re fun-loving, curious, and willing to learn, we'd love to have you!
