In brief

We are seeking a competent Logistics Administrator. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the logistics, delivery, and administrative functions within the organization.

Responsibilities

Logistics and Administrative

• Preparation of all shipping documentation;
• Administer all internal sales order records and procedures;
• Generate and prepare purchase orders and all related documentation;
• Liaise and follow up with all third-party service providers on goods-related matters;
• Close monitoring on inventory level;
• Manage inventory management system;
• Generate monthly reports for Management;
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management;

Profile

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in logistics or related field;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in FMCG sales industry;
• Knowledge of Incoterm and proficient in MS Excel;
• Excellent communications skills;
• Class 3 / 3A driving license is required;
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (read, write and spoken) as the incumbent needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in the course of work;
