Responsibilities:
Install, setup and maintain internal LAN
Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level and troubleshoot end-user workstations including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
To assist in the purchase of hardware, software and other ICT related equipment
Monitor and report IT equipment inventory
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent or capable in IT support
Good work attitude and communication skills
Able to work independently and under pressure and to work on tight schedule
Proactive, responsible, and good at teamwork
