The working hours for Redemption Executive will be 11am – 8pm.
Work Week: 5 day work week with 2 off days. (One weekend and one weekday)
• To provide redemption services for walk-in customers
• Answer all incoming queries from walk-in customers
• In charge/manage all in house stocks for redemption
• In charge of weekly stock-take
• Collating orders from customers for product delivery
• Coordinating product delivery with courier service
• Generate and submit stocks report to head of department
• Perform Administrative task assign
