Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist will be involved in talent sourcing and attracting candidates to join Declout and our portfolio companies. Working closely with the HR team, you will be able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders and gain first-hand experience in the talent acquisition process.

  • Participate in phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partner/HRBPs, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening; arranging interviews, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
  • Work closely with TA partner in talent sourcing, targeting and building pipelines of candidates' databases using hiring channels and platforms.
  • Support HR related project (s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

  • Open to students who are currently pursuing their bachelor’s degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields
  • Able to commit minimum 3 months; 6 months commitment is preferred.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and resourcefulness in research
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated, creative and energetic
  • Demonstrate proficiency in verbal as well as written English
  • Self-starter who has an appetite for new learning(s)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
