Job Description
- Training provided
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- To provide support and assistance to the Retail Marketing team in daily operations.
- Handle various channels of customer interaction and ensure high level of customer satisfaction through these channels.
- Provide key insights on consumer trends based on customer interaction and customer feedback.
