Founded in October 2010 by Olivier Bendel, Deliciae Hospitality Management (DHM) opened its first restaurant, L’Entrecote The Steak & Fries Bistro, on the quaint duxton hill in Singapore. DHM currently has 5 restaurants, all situated at iconic destinations across Singapore: L’Entrecote The Steak & Fries Bristro at duxton hill and Customs House; Sabio by the Sea overlooking the sea at the picturesque Quayside Isle-sentosa cove; Souffle at duxton hill; and Forlino at the iconic Marina Bay, in view of the Merlion and breathtaking Singapore skyline.
*Manage In-house reservation system/
*Checking upcoming reservations and blocking of room status
*Reservation Forecast
*General to do for Reservations: TabletDB /Special Events/Confirm Reservation
*Handle all events proposal: Email confirmation/prepare the event order etc
*Handle all Stationary tasks: Printing of Menu, Wine list & Bar list etc
*Vendors: Liaising with vendors for quotations on rental of equipment: Audio, floral arrangement, Rental of Tables & Chairs
*Finance Issues: Retrieving of invoices, billing invoices
*General Tasks
*Perform all other ad-hoc assignment dedicated by manager
*Build and maintain good relationship with clients and the relevant departments
Requirements:
*Adhere to all company rules and policies
*At least 1 year of experience in similar field
*Assist to manage the day-to-day F&B operations in a professional manner
