Position Objectives
To supervise the Operations, staff and business results of 6 or more outlets assigned, through the Outlet Managers, which includes:
1. Assuming leadership and responsibility in the financial performance of their assigned area
2. Understand and support the Company's strategy, direction and long term vision; and ensure that communication to the retail managers and staff is simple and easy to understand for successful implementation.
3. To act as a trainer and coach to develop Outlet Managers and Assistant Outlet Managers to put in place a succession plan program for the Area and at the outlet level.
ROLES AND Responsibilities
1. To utilize and co-ordinate the appropriate resources to achieve the department's goals and to cooperate with the other departments to achieve the targets of the company.
2. To be the agent of change ensuring effective communication of company's and department's direction.
3. Set the direction for the area and ensuring goal congruence with the Operations Department's direction and Long Term Vision.
4. To motivate, coach and counsel staff in the Area through effective communications in achieving Guest Satisfaction-by meeting or exceeding guest's expectation; Sales Growth-through suggestive selling and other sales technique in increasing the average spend and identifying trading opportunities.
5. To continuously look for ways to improve productivity, increased operations efficiency and simplicity.
6. To work with Outlet Managers to ensure compliance of controls and procedures
based on the Operating Manuals and Company Policies.
7. To work with Outlet Managers to ensure compliance to the Company's Human Resource Policy and Procedures, Code of Conduct and Grooming Policy. Work closely with Director, Operations to enforce compliance and implement disciplinary procedures whenever necessary to maintain standards of performance and integrity amongst staff.
8. To ensure compliance of the Area to statutory regulations ensure communication and understanding of these regulations.
9. To ensure the Area maintains adequate labor manning and at the same time keeping labor cost within budgeted levels.
10. To ensure the Area regularly clean and maintain equipment and decor in good operating condition. preventive maintenance and minimize disruption breakdowns.

12. Follow up on all consumer feedback, compliments and complaints and ensure that these are handled promptly with a thorough investigation and timely guest recovery plan.
13. To perform any other duties from time to time when required as assigned by immediate supervisor or other representative of the management.
14. Drive sales, maximize profit, achieve business effectiveness and instill quality customer service culture that promotes brand values.
15. Plan, organize and execute task relating to new stores opening.
16. Ensure effective merchandise/ inventory management.

Qualifications
Requirements
· Min Diploma in related field or at least 2 years of proven relevant experience in similar capacity
· Extensive operations knowledge in management and understanding customer service
· Knowledge of relevant computer applications usage
· Possess strong professional customer service
· Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Positive attitude and team player
· Able and willing to work shifts, on public holidays and weekends

Desired Experience/Qualifications/Knowledge and Abilities
1. A bachelor degree in Business Admin or Hospitality
2. At least 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity or experience in managing multiple stores in casual dining restaurant or fast food companies.
