With the rapid expansion of Delifrance Singapore, a concept of OUE Restaurants’ portfolio of fine dining and casual dining brands in Singapore, we are on the lookout for individuals who are excited about hospitality and lifestyle and champion sustainable concepts.
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Outlet Managers to oversee daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You'll also play a key role in supervising and training new team members, managing inventory, and ensuring health and safety regulations compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operations to ensure smooth running.
- Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage services to guests.
- Collaborate with the manager and staff during shifts to deliver excellent service.
- Manage customer feedback to improve service standards and food quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and ambience for customer comfort.
- Recommend repairs and maintenance for equipment and fixtures.
- Control wastage, spoilage, pilferage, and portioning.
- Foster high morale and team spirit among outlet staff.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock organisation.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure timely reporting.
- Manage daily sales banking and submission of reports.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Managers.

Qualification
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level or related fields.
- At least 2 years of related experience in casual dining or relevant experience in a similar concept.
- Experience with POS System - CG Infinity is an added advantage.
- Able to start working immediately is a plus.
