In non frozen category it distributes Lindsay Olives , Rice wth Love etc. Company;'s products are distributed in all major super markets[ NTUC , Cold Storage, Giant etc], Hotels Restaurants & Cafes and the prestigious airline catering companies.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist with New Product Creations and Costings . This will include
1. Development of new products for sake in the outlets
2. Sourcing of ingredients , raw materials , packaging and liaison with Vendors
3. New Menu Creation
4. Safety and NEA compliances
5. set up of production processes and systems
6. Statutory approvals and labelling
7. Set up culinary lab in the company
LEARNING OUTCOMES & OBJECTIVES
1. Exposure to NEA and food safety guidelines and regulations
2. Learn to develop new products and innovate to meet customer trends and expectations
3. Learn to source ingredients and materials form diverse vendors
4. Develop SOP , systems and processes
5. Learn to and set up culinary lab
REQUIREMENTS
1 .Current undergraduates with professional qualifications in culinary science
2. Ability to innovate recipes and menus
3. Ability to source ingredients and raw materials from diverse sources
4. Microsoft Office / XL / Presentation Skills
5. Ability to develop and compile reports
6. Ability to do food costing
7. Ability to set up systems and process
