RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Role will to be assist in the Digital Marketing , Social Media and Brand building initiatives of the Group. To be active in the Design elements of the Digitalisation and Social Media elements of the Company's programs. This will include

1. To create designs and posts for our social media platforms.

2. To coordinate with our designers and supplier with respect to migration of our brand to a new look and feel.

3. To design graphics and write the copy for our EDMs Promotions and awareness communications.

4. To provide the design elements for the revamp of the Group websites.

5. To work with the other Digital marketing and Media colleagues to building comprehensive go to market plan and implement the same.

LEARNING OUTCOMES & OBJECTIVES

1. Apply Graphic Design and Creative talent to the real world business solutions.

2. Learn the hurdles faced in implementation of design and Creatives to production and supply chains.

3. To be proficient with the tools used for digital marketing and social media

4. To be proficient in application of graphic design to the various marketing elements used by the company.

5. To be proficient in the copy writing skills and development of messaging for our target consumers

6. To ensure the successful implementation of the Digital Marketing Social Media and New Look and Feel branding for the company along with the team that is implementing this program.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Graphic Design and Creative competencies / education

2. Website design capabilities

3. EDM Design Capabilities

4. Exposure to social media platforms and tools to use the social media for company objectives Creative design and copywriting skills

5. Ability to work on designing software applications and making print ready files.

6. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software.

7. Basic knowledge of statutory compliances and filings

8. Good presentation skills
