Job Description

Airconditioning Services 

Support director in; 

- Preparation of work schedule, monitoring of project costing, work progress, procurement and coordinate with all parties involve to ensure smooth work delivery and on time delivery of projects 

- Ensuring the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are managed well

- Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers on all project related issues 

- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works 

- Manage project costs, budgets and preparation of reports to Director 

- Any other ad-hoc work as assigned from time to time
