Key Responsibility:
- Implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within the security and IT solutions industry.
- Utilize online research, networking, cold calling, and industry events to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Perform needs assessments to understand clients' security requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in technology and the company's product offerings.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Provide product demonstrations and compelling presentations to highlight the benefits of DF solution
- Craft tailored sales proposals that address clients' specific security needs and emphasize the value proposition.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing to align with company goals and profitability.
- Foster enduring relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and challenges.
- Regularly report sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement to the management team.
- Partner with the marketing team to support sales efforts through effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure clients receive comprehensive installation and post-sales support by coordinating with the customer support team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in IT engineering, or related field is preferred. Additional technical qualifications in security systems or electronics are a plus.
- Demonstrated success as a sales executive in the IT or physical security industry, with specific knowledge of CCTV, access control systems (ACS), network technology
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to craft custom solutions, and proven negotiation expertise.
- An established network within the security industry is advantageous.
- Commitment to understanding and meeting clients' needs, building long-lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience with selling SaaS solutions (CRM, cloud-based ACS/VMS) is highly desirable.
